Spanish Cocktail Evening

A taste of Spain in the heart of Northumberland

 

Join us at Bailiffgate Hotel for a vibrant evening celebrating the flavours and spirit of Spain, created in partnership with Hummingbird Cocktails.
 
This one-night experience brings together expertly crafted cocktails and a menu of inspired dishes. Our team will be serving up three-course tasting menu featuring Spanish classics with a Bailiffgate twist, such as Serrano ham tortilla with roast garlic aioli, and a honey and lime crème Catalana. 
 
Two mixologists from the Hummingbird team will guide you through imaginative cocktails that celebrate Spanish ingredients including a coconut sangria topped with cava.
