Our team is committed to making the hotel as accessible and inclusive as possible. We are proud to be a hidden-disability-friendly hotel, and our staff receive disability awareness training to help ensure every guest feels welcomed, respected and supported.

Getting around the hotel
Most areas of the hotel are accessible via step-free routes, ramps or lifts, including:
The main entrance has four steps. Portable ramps are available to provide step-free access, and a platform lift serves Motte & Bailey Restaurant from the accessible car park.
Please note that our Georgian Superior Rooms, Georgian Suites and one- and two-bedroom apartments are not accessible by lift. If you have mobility requirements, our team will be pleased to recommend the most suitable accommodation when you book.

Our accessible bedrooms have been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible and include:
Bedroom and bathroom doorways are 846mm wide, with a minimum turning circle of 1500mm. Floor plans are available on request if these would be helpful when planning your visit.
