Our priority is to ensure that everyone feels welcomed, respected and valued. Our team is available 24 hours a day and is trained to support guests with additional needs or disabilities. We are always happy to assist guests with physical impairments, including those who are deaf or visually impaired, as well as guests who may require extra support relating to wellbeing or mental health.
Fire and evacuation alarm systems in our adapted rooms are designed to assist guests with additional needs, offering reassurance and peace of mind throughout your stay.
Assistance dogs, including guide dogs, are most welcome at Bailiffgate Hotel. We kindly ask that you contact us ahead of your visit so we can make appropriate arrangements and ensure they receive a warm welcome too.
Flex Cancellation Policy
If for whatever reason, you need to change or cancel your reservation, you won’t be charged, as long as you do so 48 hours before 2pm prior to your arrival date. If you cancel after this time, then we will charge the full amount.
Non-refundable policy
Non-refundable and non-transferrable at any time, full payment will be taken within 48 hours of booking being made.
