Flex Cancellation Policy
If for whatever reason, you need to change or cancel your reservation, you won’t be charged, as long as you do so 48 hours before 2pm prior to your arrival date. If you cancel after this time, then we will charge the full amount.
Non-refundable policy
Non-refundable and non-transferrable at any time, full payment will be taken within 48 hours of booking being made.

Children 12 years and under stay free of charge when sharing a room with an adult. Children 13 years and over are charged at full adult rate.
