Northumbrian Evening with Ad Gefrin

An evening of excellent dining in partnership with Ad Gefrin

We’ve partnered with Northumberland icon Ad Gefrin to present an evening of locally inspired cocktails and excellent dining at our Motte & Bailey restaurant.

Ad Gefrin is Northumberland’s iconic distillery, reviving a craft that has slept in the region for over 200 years. Using the finest local malting barley and pure water from the Cheviot to produce spirits that are unmistakably shaped by the land and heritage of Northumberland.

Enjoy three courses of locally sourced dishes. With options of roast sirloin of beef to twice baked Northumberland cheese souffle, as well as ice cream made with Ad Gefrin’s signature Flýte whisky liqueur.
